SENSE⓪ ships at the end of Q3 2025. We’ll send updates as we get closer to your ship date.
Where do you ship?
Right now, we’re shipping to customers in the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., stay tuned,we're working on it.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.
Is there a subscription?
Yes. Gobi offers a $19/month app subscription that powers the AI features and ongoing updates.
What does “Always observing by AI” mean?
When connected via Bluetooth, your AI is continuously observing and processing your environment, forming its own internal insights. We’ve designed Gobi’s AI to act autonomously, reaching out proactively when it identifies opportunities to assist. Gobi AI is ensuring it’s always working for you in the background, even before you realize you need it.
Is my privacy protected with Gobi?
Your privacy is our top priority. All data captured by Gobi is processed locally on the device using advanced encryption. Raw data is discarded immediately after processing and is never stored or transmitted without your consent. All memories can be deleted in one click within the Gobi app.
Do I need a phone to be able to use SENSE⓪?
Yes, Gobi glasses connect to your phone via Bluetooth, which enables the AI to process tasks, send notifications, and provide proactive assistance through the companion app. While the glasses handle real-time observation and input, the phone is essential for managing tasks, approving suggestions, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
What phone is Gobi compatible with?
Gobi will initially be compatible with iOS devices. An Android version of the Gobi app is in development and will be released soon after the initial launch.
What if something goes wrong with the product?
All Gobi glasses come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you have an issue, we’ll work with you to make it right.
